Legally, Texas does not require patients to have a physical medical marijuana card to participate in the Texas Compassionate Use Program (TCUP). However, Texas Cannabis Clinic provides you with a “TCUP printable medical cannabis card” along with your certification letter. These documents will be available digitally through your patient portal within 5-7 days of your completed appointment. This card serves as a helpful convenience but is not required for you to access your medication.

Our annual appointment price is $160. We value our returning customers and offer $20 off your renewal with coupon code RENEWAL20 bringing your price down to $140 for your full 12-month certification. The state of Texas does not charge any additional registration fees. There is no fee if you are not approved.

No, you do not. For example, TCC is a 100% telehealth practice, serving patients all over the state of Texas so physical proximity is not necessary.

Have your medical records and a list of current prescriptions at hand, as well as a list of your symptoms and the questions or concerns you might have about starting a treatment with medical cannabis.

Make sure you have a clear understanding of how medical marijuana can benefit your specific condition as well as possible side effects and how to manage them. Also discuss with your doctor the different forms of marijuana available to you at authorized dispensaries and which one is better suited for you, so by the time you show up at the dispensary you know exactly what you’re getting and why.
