What to Expect New Patient Appoinment from Start to Finish with TCC

Step 1

Select the NEW PATIENT option

Step 2

Confirm you are 21 years or older.

Under the question “Do any of the following apply to the patient?“
Select any options that apply

Step 3

Under VISIT TYPE select any qualifying conditions that may apply.

Under PROVIDER select: “any, first available” 

Step 4

Accept Acknowledgement Agreement

Step 5

Enter patients contact info (top section) & attach records if you have it (bottom section).

Enter the verification code to secure your appointment (you will receive a text CODE).

Step 6

You will receive a text and email to confirm your appointment was secured, if you do not receive confirmation please check with TCC.

What your video visit with the doctor will look like:

  1. Check-in via text or email at least 1 hr before your visit/ your video visit link will provided upon check-in.
  2. Click the link to join your video visit 10 mins early to check your connection.
  3. Speak to the cannabis prescriber about your qualifying condition and how MMJ in Texas can help reduce your symptoms.
  4. Learn how the recommended THC medications should be taken to optimize relief
  5. Patients can ask questions related to their qualifying condition and THC.

Approval and Prescription Pickup:

Once approved, we’ll text you the info for the dispensary so you can place an order to fill your medication(s).
TCC’s medical director will approve your Texas Compassionate Use Program,
TCUP recommendation letter and add it to your patient portal within 48hrs.

New Patients will renew your prescription(s) 12 months later:

Just head back to our website to schedule as a “Returning Patient” to renew for another 6 or 12 months.
